The President today announced the appointment of Richard J. Heckmann, of Sun Valley, Idaho, as a member of the Advisory Committee on the Arts, John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Heckmann is mayor of Sun Valley. He is a businessman and has served as Associate Administrator for Finance and Investment at the Small Business Administration.He is on the board of trustees of the National Children’s Museum.
