Acts June 20, 1952, ch. 449, § 12, 66 Stat. 151; Oct. 10, 1951, ch. 479, title V, § 545, as added by act July 16, 1953, ch. 195, ch. VI, § 603, 67 Stat. 155, were repealed by act Aug. 26, 1954, § 542(a)(9)–(11).
