Life of Euclid
Euclid was a Greek mathematician who left his mark on history by creating the principles of what we now call Euclidean geometry. For over 2,600 years, no one could express better the masterful presentation of the axioms and theorems of geometry presented in his his treatise on the subject, Elements.
