The President today announced the appointment of Daniel B. Taylor, of Charleston, W. Va., as a member of the National Advisory Council on Adult Education.
Taylor is Assistant Secretary of Education for Adult and Vocational Education. He was previously a lecturer at Harvard Graduate School of Education and State superintendent of schools for West Virginia.
