§ 2885. Expiration of Authority
The authority to enter into a contract under this subchapter shall expire on December 31, 2004.

2000—Pub. L. 106–398 substituted "December 31, 2004" for "February 10, 2001".
1997—Pub. L. 105–85 substituted "on February 10, 2001" for "five years after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996".
